Sold as a pair, looks and works great!

Unlike most other Revain options, they come in pairs. They don't spin for very long, but that's to be expected as they aren't designed to do that (the chain doesn't need to keep spinning, unlike say a wheel). However, for their purpose they have very low friction and look great. They were larger than my old pulleys but the number of teeth is the same and they work great! The build quality isn't the best, but it doesn't bother me. The gold wears out after about 20 miles, but that's to be…

Works great for my rig

I use them with a 10 speed SRAM X7 with PC1031 chain, no problem for 230+ miles of riding. Wear is minimal, especially on the top pulley. Don't notice that they are louder than regular ones. Rotate freely. They don't seem to attract as much dirt as the originals. I tried them because one of my original Dieldrin training wheels broke into 5 pieces during a ride leaving me with a long, hot Hike-A-Bike. Happy with the purchase, the price is excellent, I recommend them to others. However, before…

Good choice for Shimano derailleurs

This is my second set since I bought another set for Gf bike when their tensioners started to fail. They've held up well enough for me to buy a kit for my bike as my life is ending. Of the two colors I received both are sharp and hold up well, the bearings are smooth and the pieces fit together perfectly. Would buy these again without hesitation. Not sure if I would use them on a high end bike but for our training bikes and eventually my mountain bike I will use them as there is no difference…

Simple cheap upgrade for sport

The goods were delivered very quickly. I'd like some lubrication and installation instructions, but that's not a problem for me. Bottom line, they turn a lot more freely than the stock pulleys on my 105, the transmission runs smoother and sounds quieter. Example. If I put my bike on a service stand and manually turn the crank, it keeps turning after I stop pushing it a turn or two. This wasn't the case before adding the pulleys, a half turn at most. I also immediately exchanged the chain, which

Bad design - they knew what they were doing.

Just liked the uploaded video. The jockey wheel pulley grips the chain. The wheels do not play well with the chain. What I noticed is that the tooth width is wider than my standard Shimano derailleur gears. I think this is her downfall. In fact, you can see that all other road wheels advertised have narrower tooth widths. The width of the teeth on this pulley fits snugly between the chain rollers and prevents the chain from slipping off the pulley. If the width of the teeth were less than…

Works 50% of the time every time.

These roles seem to be universal. However, my Shimano r8000 Ultegra only accepts one tensioner. Why? Because these pulleys are too wide to secure the idler pulley with a shock bolt. The longer bar instead of the bottom pulley works great. These pulleys spin just as well as stock Shimano, maybe a little less. for running in a camp? Who knows. The placebo effect could work. You get what you pay for. The series roles are not much larger. Pay an extra $8 for stock if you don't want the colors I…

Worth it!: Rear Derailleur

I received an estimate of over $300 from a reputable local bike shop for a drivetrain replacement on my 2016 Specialized Pitch Expert, which has been worn from day one became. "Just installed and tested a Stylrtop sealed aluminum bearing impeller and what a noticeable difference in chain movement and movement. Wow 'Very easy to assemble, don't forget to grease bearings and suspension' I decided to buy all parts from Revain, all tools used from Revain, cassette from JGbike -Tiagra CS-HG500 Wide…

Barely visible but durable

I bought an orange bike and wanted to add bright colors here and there so I spent days looking for blue grips, saddles, rails, bells and on and on. When I first saw them I didn't know where they belonged on a bike! lol. At the bike shop I showed a photo to the tech to make sure they were the same size as my bike. The guy said they should be even better since I had plastic and these metal ones should last longer. My bike had Shimano brakes; They fit most Shimano rear derailleurs. If you get…
