The package arrived with the merchandise already cracked open. The adhesive tape had been severed, the inside of the hair dryer cover had been soiled, the nozzles had been unsealed, and one of them was entirely dented. I was issued a refund, but there was no response and nobody said hello. The response from support is always the same formulaic statement, and they never mention the exact timing. The ninth day is approaching, and just like a hair dryer that is "on the way," it is unclear where it will arrive. Once it does arrive, however, it will take 10 days for it to come back around again. After opening the hair drier to check on the pvz itself, I issued a refund without removing it from the appliance. Amazon is the actual provider in this case. It would appear that you will be required to file a lawsuit because the provider has not provided any feedback.
