I was skeptical about this product as people said it couldn't connect to PS4 but I'll try anyway as it's the right price for what I'm looking for for .In the beginning I had a problem that I have no sound. It was frustrating but I realized I had to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. This solved the problem. I connected my PS4 Pro and my Revain Fire Stick to it and it pulled audio from the HDMI input so I could connect to my old stereo via the audio out (no HDMI or optical input). It works great and I love it. I have an HDMI input so I can connect my laptop or camera later. Not only does this hub give you an extra HDMI input/switch/audio extractor, it saves me the time of having to pull out the back of my TV to connect the HDMI cable. Good product.
