We have implemented the product and it has saved us money and helped our business grow.
The product was easy to implement and setup. After setup, it took less than 30 minutes to implement the required reports and create dashboards. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The reports are easy to navigate and provide great information. We are looking forward to future updates! I would like more detailed data from the report as an option rather than just a summary at this time (e.g., top 10 countries). I wish there were some way to see all transactions without having to click through each transaction individually. It seems like the dashboard will only display one type of metric currently - total number of downloads per day. If you want to look at specific types of metrics such as unique visitors or active users, then clicking into the dashboard page and scrolling down isn't really practical. Also, if possible, could there be an easier method of changing the date range being displayed? Currently, you must manually change the dates using dropdowns instead of a calendar control which is much harder to understand.

- Easy to use and learn the system quickly
- A little hard to find ways to improve the interface (i.e., click-throughs, screen size)
- No custom settings available for advanced filtering of data sets (custom filters, etc.)
- The reporting system requires that you input the data for a period of time before the final results are generated, which may be cumbersome when working with large amounts of data
