Do not recommend children
Bought for 4 year old shoes. The teacher refuses to wear a tie to school so I figured it would help. They are intended for adults, although it is written that they are for children. I would not recommend it for children. You have to shorten them so much and then they become bulky over round and square shoes. The square part where the locks also appear. My daughter never felt like she could tie her shoes tight enough.
