The platform is very user-friendly for both new employees as well experienced ones in our organization who are seeking jobs that they have never done before! It's great having all of my information at one place when looking up job postings or searching online resumes. There really isn't anything I dislike about this tool - it works perfectly within its intended use case which was originally designed specifically with public sector employers in mind! If you're using an agency recruiter/recruiting firm then there may be other options available; however we were able switch over after realizing how much time each candidate spent filling out their resume versus what actually being hired meant (hours + lost benefits). This has alleviated some workload off recruitees hands while still allowing us access through xperthr.
