I like that it is very user friendly with many different platforms (mobile apps as well). It has all of my employee data including payroll information which other systems do not have or don't seem to want too share this info! Easy setup process for new employees who are getting hired in off site locations via phone interviews. The features are easy for a new user like me who is not familiar with this particular software but as you go along it gets easier if you have some experience of using such softwares in general or any other program that uses similar functions like Microsoft word etc. I think there should be more training provided to give an introduction about how things will look after they get used to them which would solve most problems encountered during first use. The best part about xperthr is that its free for all users - No need of pay more than 20$ per month! I had been using google-docs before but since it was slow i switched over this one because my colleagues suggested me in order words:-) Now working with multiple accounts at once makes everything go smooth.- Sometimes you cannot send an email if there are too many tabs opened which make things difficult sometimes (I think thats my personal problem).
