I like that it is very user friendly with many different platforms (mobile apps as well).

It has all of my employee data including payroll information which other systems do not have or don't seem to want too share this info! Easy setup process for new employees who are getting hired in off site locations via phone interviews. Sometimes some features aren’t available when you need them at times but overall easy use system!! You will find what ever platform they may be looking into using within hours once set up however we needed help figuring out how our timecard works after an hour was spent trying several options before calling customer support. We had issues tracking vacation/holiday pay owed back then also finding benefits for people working remotely now solved easily through xperthrp.
