Review on O'Neill Reactor Hybrid Kids Wetsuit: Neoprene/Lycra Shorty for Swim, Surf, and Snorkel by Calvin Reynolds

Wetsuit is excellent and as advertised. The perfect solution for my slim 5 year old who missed most of his swimming lessons because he was too cold in the pool. We bought two of these. We had some problems with one of the suits. The first suit arrived outside marked a size 6 (which is what I ordered) but it was actually a size 8. Annoying but a simple reset will fix it. Then, after only a few wears, the zipper on this suit broke. It would have lowered my costume rating but iSnorkle.com's customer service was fantastic. They figured out the problem fully, immediately sent me a new suit and a paid envelope to return the defective suit. They reported the problem to O'Neill, who is working on a new zipper manufacturer after half a dozen reports of similar problems. I would give it five but I don't think that's fair considering we had two problems. But I think the true measure of a company is its response to problems, and iSnorkle has earned my trust.
