Review on BagAssist by Jorge Maertz

The software has a simple interface which can be easily learned by an end user with no system administration knowledge required! As previously mentioned above, the cost of purchasing this solution can be costly for small businesses/airlines.The ease in learning how to use the product makes it very useful.

I have used it mainly for baggage tracking and also used it for flight tickets. The software was easy enough for me to pick up in an afternoon with no training required. There were some issues that I had to troubleshoot myself which took longer than expected but nothing major - it's just learning how to use this piece of equipment! This program has been a HUGE time saver for us! We now have access to everything we need from one place instead of having to pull information off multiple different systems.
