That's why I gave three stars because I'm sure the 'rest' makes me sick. I tried it once and after a few weeks I tried it again. Both times they didn't dissolve (see photo) like the others and I had stomach cramps and nausea after using them. The second time I didn't even finish it. These also had an odd taste. I think they are no good so I threw them away which is a waste but better than getting sick from it. Immunity and vitamins are my favorites so far. They really helped me with my water intake and stopped urinating ten minutes after drinking. I feel like they help my body hydrate rather than just funneling it through my system. If I decide to order more I'll stick with these two. Sports are fine. So far I've only tried it once. At least it resolved and I didn't feel sick. I still like immune and vitamin supplements more.
