I am so happy I bought and used this product and I cook a lot with ground beef, pork and turkey. I usually use a flat-bottomed wooden spoon, but I figured this would save a lot of time. I used it once and really felt it was more of an annoyance than a help. I used it to press on the meat and all the meat got stuck between the plastic shafts and then turned into a piece of meat and it just mashed the beef instead of separating it. There must be a better design.
