Review on openMAINT by Adam Rogers

It's very user friendly, it's not too difficult to use once you get used to it. The support team could be more responsive if needed. I have been able to integrate with other 3rd party applications. We are using this software for our property management company, we can easily keep track of all the tenants and their rental history. It has also helped us with managing the maintenance of the buildings. This software has many features that other companies charge thousands of dollars to have access, even though it's free! The interface could use some work but nothing major either way this product works as promised-it makes managing our facilities easier than ever before with great customer service too!! There are no downsides about using oenMaint in my opinion we've saved so much time not having paper files or emails going back n forth between management staff members regarding repairs etc.
