Review on 🐦 Birds LOVE 3" Hanging Clear Foraging Plastic Perforated Ball with Vine Balls - Medium and Large Bird Cage Toy by Jamie Richard

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive about opening it but decided to give it a try and ordered. It comes preloaded with food collecting toys, but I had to add my own. I was able to open it (I have a hard time opening a jar and it wasn't that hard for me). However, I found it difficult to close it again. Difficult to tie threads. Finally I closed it and hung it in a cockatoo cage. He practically ignored it for the first week, so I put him down and brought him closer to the bar. Another week passed without much activity until today I walked into the room to find an excited Woody hopping up and down the floor of his cage, next to the bottom of a toy which he was able to remove with ease. I put all the food gathering toys back in and screwed them back in, but after just a few minutes Woody (the toothpick maker) took them off again and was hopping around happily. Up to this point I've tried not to screw it in too tight for fear of not being able to unscrew it again, but next time once I can get the threads lined up correctly I'll screw it in as tight as possible. In summary, while Woody doesn't play with it as a foraging toy, he enjoys it immensely!
