These filters look exactly like the original Dyson filters that came with my V11. However, there are a few differences. First, the fit is tight. It doesn't slip as easily as the original. Second, the air passages on the sides of the smaller cup area are slightly smaller than a Dyson filter. Given these small differences, Fette filters may not really differ from Dyson. The price difference is big, so it's worth trying these filters.
