The patio furniture and accessories that I purchased from PortableAnd not long ago did not arrive in a timely manner, and my overall experience with the company was not a good one. To begin, their website is not user-friendly, as it has poor organization and unclear divisions between different types of products. It took me a considerable amount of time to locate what I was looking for, and even after I did, there was a restricted amount of choice available. Their prices are not competitive with the market, and I was able to find comparable goods on other websites for a significantly lower price. The quality of the things that I bought was disappointing, and some of the pieces that I bought arrived broken or otherwise did not match the description. Their lack of responsiveness and inability to assist customers was frustrating. When I tried to contact them about the damaged items, they did not respond for a long time and stated that they would not be prepared to offer a refund or exchange. My items took a significantly longer amount of time to appear than I had anticipated due to the slow shipping. As a whole, PortableAnd is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone seeking to purchase patio furniture and accessories. Their website is difficult to navigate, their prices are significantly higher than those of their competitors, and the standard of their goods is inadequate. In addition, they provide poor customer support, which makes the whole thing a very frustrating and disheartening ordeal.
