(which means the finish in the welded part isn't exactly great)

it was smaller than my rice bowl. 16cm is the sum of the diameter and length of the two handles. the actual diameter is 11 cm and the welded handle has created a rough surface inside the bowl. it was rough, and when I rubbed some of it came out. And after I pulled it out, a small hole formed in the bowl. (which means that the finish in the welded part is not exactly good)
