Blinds are shipped rolled up in a small box. Don't just hang.
Out of the box they are curved and will not hang straight. I try to flatten them in hot water and then lay them flat with a weight on top. If that doesn't work I just go to Lowe's and buy the regular ones. Given what you need to do to make them usable, I wouldn't recommend them at this point.
