The product itself is well made and durable. However for my fur baby it didn't work the way we wanted it to. The cone was too long for my cats head so she had a hard time drinking water and eating her food. We were constantly taking the cone on and off so she wouldn't starve or get dehydrated. The cone worked for it's purpose of protecting her ear while it healed after she scratched it open. All other cones we used she scratched through them but with this cone she couldn't. I wish this cone came in different lengths besides the size of around the neck, not every animal has a long face.
