These 3157R LEDs performed very well in our 2013 brake light bar. The red color actually eliminated the slight orange cast that the factory bulbs caused in the reflector. All red now. I didn't rate it 5 stars because I had to wonder if they were bright enough as they definitely weren't brighter. This has more to do with the design of the light than the intensity of the LED chip. After all, they were at least as bright, redder, and instantaneous.
