I've spent THOUSANDS on woodpecker tools and I'm here to tell you these pocket rulers are more than accurate enough. Checked with calipers, no noticeable difference. I stopped buying Woodpecker tools a few years ago because I was tired of buying overpriced tools. Never again! Also, their tools have the same flaws as any other manufacturer's tools, which is unacceptable for the price they charge. The final straw was that I bought their Precision Woodworking Square 18x12 and 26x16 with Case, which cost me over $500! When I placed one square on top of the other, they were a full 3/32" larger than 18". Accuracy MY ASS! These pocket rulers are more than enough for carpentry work (and I do very small carpentry jobs). They work with wood, not steel engine parts. I say BRAVO to Clear Style for making and selling excellent tools at a fair price!
