Perfectly smooth cakes and cookies!
I love this rolling pin! It's so easy to roll out pie and cookie crusts with this and they come out perfectly flat every time. The rug is a nice bonus as it gives me a defined workspace and the dimensions printed on it are helpful too. I highly recommend it!
