The color runs off and the rope turns gray
Although this rope is dyed jet black well, it has no solid color, so if the rope gets wet, the color will bleed. The paint also has a strong chemical smell. It requires either a good wash or, preferably, dyeing and washing before use if it is to come into contact with moisture or moisture. If the correct fixative is not used before washing, it will fade to a dark gray color. It's also on the thin side - closer to 5mm.
