This pasta dryer comes in a box with illustrated instructions and a small spatula. The dryer assembles in seconds and is easy to clean. The dough is wrapped on sticks, and the height allows the pasta to be hung about 24 inches to dry. Plastic handlebars don't have the same grip as the old wooden handlebars, but they work really well. If I had one request for the designer it would be to make the bars vertical and then this item could also act as a small bag dryer. Nice compact design, easy to store.
