Scanner was tested on $300 model, scanning speed is about the same. For 50 pages we measured 1 minute 36 seconds for duplex scanning at 200 dpi. The paper jams several times and you cannot stop and scan again. You get Adobe Acrobat and some other "professional" programs that aren't very useful. Any business willing to pay over $2,000 for a scanner only needs one thing to get it right: the scanner can scan quickly and read documents accurately. The design of the paper path and rollers is yet to be decided. The dual port is nice, but probably not very useful these days since the SCSI and laptop don't play well together.
