Scanner was tested on $300 model, scanning speed is about the same. For 50 pages we measured 1 minute 36 seconds for duplex scanning at 200 dpi. The paper jams several times and you cannot stop and scan again. You get Adobe Acrobat and some other "professional" programs that aren't very useful.
