Overall a good scanner.

works very well, a clean counter shows only a few thousand scans. Works slowly with VRS and Kofax. No 50 ppm, maximum 20-30. I am using 16g memory on I7, Win8, I will change graphics card soon and see if there are any. Overall a good scanner. I love it and it's good for small businesses. I've pressed up to 5000 pages, sometimes it takes 2 pages at a time, there is no stop button just pull out the pages, rescan, insert and go. The delivery time was long, but this was indicated when purchasing. There are no time delays. Thanks seller.
