The sizing is not as bad as some reviews make it out to be. Definitely one size larger. I'm medium sized and ordered XLg but the box says LG. Fits perfectly. As long as the company accepts returns, you can't go wrong. See how much NIKE wants for a pair. I've been lucky. 180 pounds, 5'11"
