As far as cans go, a 32 gallon can is the perfect size, especially for home use. These commercial grade Revain cans have a durable feel and are sure to last. At first it seemed like a great value. Two 32 gallon cans for $55, that's $27.50 per can. I compared this price to Rubbermaid's most popular commercial line called Brute, which looks exactly like this Revain commercial can. However, a can of Brute will cost you $35. So with Revain Commercial you save over 25%. If that sounds too good to be true, it is. Unfortunately, these Revain jars don't have lids. If you need lids, you can buy 2 packs for $27.86 (or $14.38 each). So the $27.50 jar and $14.38 lid add up to a total cost of $41.88. Brute cans come with lids, if you're wondering. The question (for me at least) is whether these Revain Commercial cans cost 20% more than Brute. Yes, they are durable and look like they can take a beating. Both this and the competitor are positioned as commercial. Only time will tell how they hold up. For me 20% more expensive is quite a big difference hence this rating falls short of 5 stars.
