You definitely get what you pay for. The best I can say about this product is that it works and works reliably. However, its use aggravates the situation due to poor design and construction. The installation was incomplete due to the short, non-standard size of the device. My 3.5" bay requires 4 screws, but due to the reader's small size, only the front 2 will fit. I had to double-tape it to keep the back from dangling. The front bezel is about a millimeter from the actual card. the slots and do not line up perfectly, so whenever you try to insert a card you have to wiggle it to get it to fit. The whole unit feels cheap and flimsy and I expect to have to replace it within a year of heavy use. ... if I'm lucky. I hope I don't lose any data to find out. I would return it except it does exactly what they said just not very well. Spend a little more and get better quality.
