Not the quality I expected, size is smaller than advertised.
Easy to clean but seriously, that's not what this product is designed for. The temperature control is imprecise, I have to constantly monitor the temperature of the chocolate and cannot rely on the set temperature. The volume of the pan is given as 1 kg, which is not true, the pan only holds 0.5 kg of chocolate. I'm assuming 1kg would be melted chocolate spilling over.
