Review on Crux SWRFD-60L: Steering Wheel Control Retention for Ford, Lincoln & Mercury Vehicles (2004-2012) by Shawn Price

This came in packaging with one of the speaker wire connectors crimped incorrectly and the wire cut. I had to remove and repair the clamp. After proper installation and setting of DIP switches. The device will not work until the system has been powered on for a while, and the operation will be intermittent and slow even after it has started to work. Called Crux support and the service was very poor and they didn't help me with my problems. Full thumbs down for this product.
