The triangles themselves are well designed and the built in reflectors are really effective. I would rate the triangles at the highest level. However, the cases for them are not very convenient, and it is almost impossible to use them more than once. The last thing I want to deal with when removing triangles is deal with less-than-useful cases for those triangles. Cases are the reason for the drop in ratings.
