I like that it is easy to use when you are in front of your computer or mobile phone. It works really well for me as long i am within my office time frame but if i have an urgent issue then there isn't much they can do about it due to their system being so slow! They need more support staff at this level, because sometimes their customer service doesn't always help with issues such as emails not showing up etc which means we end up contacting them again later through another route. This software helps us manage our patient appointments online and also allows patients access too once logged into website via secure login page using smart-phone/tablet devices only (not desktop computers).
