Very strong. Don't worry about frame damage. I raise my bike 1 inch for winter storage so the wheels don't touch the concrete. After finding the perfect balance, I trust it won't tip from side to side. I recommend always leaving the footrest in the down position in case you forget to put it down when lowering the bike. I had no choice and placed the lift directly behind the footrest. The front wheel barely touches the concrete and has a mat placed underneath. The rear of the 240 is 1 inch off the ground. I trust him for storage. I was concerned because my Harley Davidson FXDRS 114 is valued at $28,000 and I would have cried if the elevator didn't work. That's why I decided to use crank hydraulics. A must for every bike. My HD weight is 680 pounds wet. No buyer regrets.
