Difficult to install but less harsh than other halogen bulbs
I've ordered many of these...especially matte ones as they give more diffused light than regular halogen bulbs. They are sooooo hard to insert, I can't even describe it. I had to google it and then watch a YouTube video and even after a year of swapping I still have Dickens! And by the way, they burn out faster than I expected. An expensive headache... but it's the only type of lamp that fits my kitchen appliances.
