I started using this product a few weeks ago hoping to stem the tide of hair loss and I see no difference. Resist the urge to use more shampoo as it doesn't lather and the conditioner flattens the hair a bit. Delicate aroma is pleasant. Thus, the product does not contain parabens and sulfates. I will give this until I finish the bottle and if something good happens I will let the stars go up!
