The inner edge of this colander which you can see in the picture if you look closely is very thin and sharp and can easily cut your fingers when washing. It's fine if you wash thoroughly, but I came back as I felt it wasn't worth the risk and had a poor design. ***UPDATE: The seller has contacted me and confirmed that I received the item from an older batch. They informed me that the top inner rim was redesigned and sent me an improved design. I can confirm that the issue I originally mentioned has been resolved. However, there is a side seam with small rivets along the edge of the filter housing that flexes between the rivets and is also fairly flimsy and potentially sharp. I brought this to the attention of the seller and he said he would fix this error in the next batch. Given my experience with the seller in this process, I'm sure they will keep their promise. I've upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars based on their customer service and fixing the original bug. I will update again when I have new information.
