I have worked with all levels of staff at this organization. This has been an enjoyable experience as they are always willing to do what it takes to make sure your needs get met! There was one time when we needed help quickly but were unable to find anyone knowledgeable about our equipment because everyone had left for vacation or training sessions during normal work hours; however, someone from another department came into my office after lunchtime to assist me until they could send out some support personnel who would be able to answer questions more directly. Not much - just friendly service. As other reviewers stated, their rates seem high compared to others around town (even though prices may vary depending upon size). They also don't offer very good customer satisfaction guarantees if you're not completely satisfied by them performing a job well done. We hired them to remotely monitor network devices and troubleshoot any issues we might encounter related to those.
