We don't drive this car much (Blazer 2003). We've driven it less than 1000 miles since replacing that valve to fix the code. In the last 100 miles or so we got code 174 for Lean on Bank 2. I kept the old valve (for no particular reason) and reinstalled it. With this change I cured P0174 by going back to P0443 to open the purge valve, the original problem. Unfortunately this is an AC part and quality control is clearly lacking.
