Ready to use, great taste
I love that the TrueFit Shake is quick and easy to store in the fridge after a workout. It tastes bland, like the ready-made chocolate milk I like, and doesn't taste like protein powder (not chalky at all), but still has all the benefits. I will say that I like the regular TrueFit chocolate powder (probably the best I've tried!) and the taste isn't the same, but the shake is good and ready when you need something quick
