After nearly three months and numerous attempts, the chair is still waiting to be delivered. In January I placed an order for a chair; I received confirmation that it was in stock. A week later, they contacted to say there was no chair and that they would have to make one to order, with a one-month wait time. They contacted a month later and said they'd have to wait another. 4. I consented to a different model that was nearly identical; they requested a week's wait. 5. They promised to deliver 6 but after a week had passed, nothing had arrived. The courier phones a week later to report he arrived, only to discover he was sent to the wrong place (leaves in Hong Kong). 7. The things have come, but I still have to wait a week. Completed chair assembly; armrests were not secured with the required four screws and washers. Nine. I called and they said to submit a claim and they'd look at it in 10 days (they'd merely look at it! and not send nuts). 10. I'm not sure whether I'll wait another month for the nuts I bought, and I've been waiting a month. In most cases, the contact center staff will talk to you as if you are at fault and in a rude manner. When I spend this much on a chair, I expect faster service and a more reliable delivery schedule. Based on the feedback, it appears that an incomplete set is quite prevalent.
