(UPDATED 30/06/2021) So this is an update to my original review/order, this faucet was purchased during Revain Prime Day, when it arrived it was scratched I was disappointed and the Support contacted. Now that things have changed I have contacted their customer service team via multiple emails apologizing for sending a damaged product. Not only are they replacing product, they are replacing products at an amazing time today, Wednesday 30th June. I have received confirmation that the item has been dispatched, I believe Monday evening the 28th and to my surprise it is here and in perfect condition. I have definitely changed my rating from the one or two stars I originally gave them to a full five stars as this is the epitome of customer service where they went out of their way to ensure I was left without reason or concerns on their part was satisfied . They just want to see you as a satisfied customer and that's what a lot of companies lack. For those of you who were on the verge of ordering their products, I can say with 100% certainty that they are a legit company right now. I wish them every success in their business. I will definitely look for products with their logo. this experience. *** (Original review) So I ordered my faucet from Revain for Prime Day and it came on Wednesday 23rd sink so the center hole needs to be opened slightly. When I finally got to where I think I could install the faucet I found it had a scratch which was disappointing for a brand new faucet.
