Review on 🚲 Allen Sports Premier Spare Tire Rack for 2 Bikes (Model S302) by Ryan Olsen

I have a special hitch mounted drop down tire carrier that makes it difficult to use most spare wheel bike carriers including well known brands like Yakima and Thule. I needed something that would add minimal weight to my setup, yet be strong enough not to amplify the impact of the spare tire. I've used this three times so far - twice with my trail bike on the rack to and from local parks and the third time with no load but at 80mph on the freeway. The setup has been extremely stiff on all of these rides and to my pleasant surprise actually helped reduce the spare tire wobble/vibration (most likely due to the included straps securing the trunk to the metal bumper)! It also takes no more than 5 minutes. remove and/or install the stand. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Highly recommended.
