Product arrived as described. Easy to install and direct replacement. The only difference from the original part is that it doesn't come with the same metal grommets that help you align to make installation easier. For me it was no problem at all! All you have to do is line up the four holes closest to the motor to form a square/rectangle and it's easy! Also, the engine appears to be slightly smaller than the factory engine, although that's expected for the aftermarket. After installation, the part works perfectly. All major parts are fully lubricated, although you may need some white lithium grease for the wheels that move back and forth as the window goes up and down. The engine feels a little louder than the factory engine but feels just as powerful. Let's hope it continues to work as expected. I also bought the same part for the rear driver side and had the same great experience and this part fits perfectly! Excellent product and highly recommended as a direct OEM replacement.
