TL:DR - Exact centering will misalign your TV by 1 inch when used with a thin 546. Alternatively, you can pre-install 546 and then measure. for centering (then remove the hanging bracket) or just expect the TV to be nudged once attached to bring it back to center. LONG HISTORY: It features pre-drilled and tapped mounting holes for a variety of bird mounts. Their website says it works for the Thin 545 and Thin 546, but they only advertise the 545. So they're telling you the 546 only works if you go to the 546 page. The centerline mount differs from the Thin 545 mount. Mine is a perfectly centered stud adapter, a perfectly centered Thin 546 holder. Once the Thin 546 mount is attached to the stud adapter, you will notice that the TV is 1" off center. SUPER annoying and a real pain to set and focus, but you can get it back to center. It just takes a lot longer and makes all your previous calculations meaningless.
