Unfortunately disappointed.
Unfortunately this frying pan was a big disappointment. A pizza pan with a maximum temperature of 400°? It is thin and scratches very easily. It's cheap aluminum, not stainless steel (I believe the ad was altered and then altered. I paid a premium for being led to believe it was stainless steel). Very overpriced aluminum. You can and should find much better elsewhere. Fantes used to be the best cook. Unfortunately, I don't feel that way anymore.
