Terrible product

I received the vinyl but upon opening the package I found the vinyl was very hard as hard. I tried sorting the vinyl but each sheet stuck to the other and when ripped off it ripped the vinyl from the protective sheets. I've never had this problem ordering vinyl, so I'm not sure why this batch was like this.
