I bought it in April 2022, by the New Year (2022) a puddle formed under the vacuum cleaner when working. Sent it in for repair under warranty. They said that it was his own fault - he used a non-native detergent. They offered to repair it for an amount of about 9000, which, given its cost, is ridiculous . I bought a detergent specifically for washing vacuum cleaners, which is also not cheap. So, yes, of course, there is nothing to argue, there is a clause on the use of native remedies in the instruction manual, but the sediment remained. Conclusion: if you want to use washing vacuum cleaners from Thomas, buy an expensive native product from them or forget about the 2-year warranty. It is possible, of course, that I was so lucky with the model, but it is doubtful. It is possible that I flew in due to inexperience and this is generally a problem for all washing vacuum cleaners, yet my first washing vacuum cleaner.
