Quick and easy installation. The set includes 2 door handles, 2 latches and 4 keys. All handles and latches have the same keys. Ordered antique brass. It resembled a copper-nickel mixture. The finish is smooth but looks matte, not glossy or flashy, which is what I was aiming for when installing it on a wooden door about 10 years old. The last thing I wanted was bright hardware to emphasize the age of the door. The only thing I noticed is that the latch knob doesn't have to be turned all the way to lock it. I was able to rotate it 60% and it stayed in place. Partial rotation was due to the latch not being deep enough, but rest assured I drilled through it to better place the bolt. My only complaint is with the door handle lock. I have found that the door stays locked unless rotated fully to the unlocked position. I've had several instances of hitting or rubbing against the latch side of the handle, causing the doorknob to jam. But at the same time, it sounds like a security feature, so I shouldn't deduct any significant points. But with that in mind, I've taken steps to hide the key outside my house in case I accidentally stumble on the handle while walking outside.
